I joined the firm in January, 1999 as office administrator and currently am the Relationship Manager.
My goal is to provide excellent customer service, as you visit our office, via phone, or email to ensure our clients have a professional and positive experience. Attention to detail and a sincere caring for our clients is the difference that we make in our practice.
I assist Don and clients through communication, follow-up, scheduling of appointments, ongoing service, support and case preparation.
Lori and her husband live in Muskego, they have two dogs, a St. Bernard, Jackson and an Irish Setter, Michael. They also have three horses, two Tennessee Walkers, Pete and Harley and one Draft, Smokey. Away from work, she enjoys being at the dog park, trail riding and other outdoor activities.
